Active Club Forum: Club Member Agreement Options to Consider

It is often simple to sign up for a club program. The terms of the agreement should be defined. Here is one example:

- I agree to purchase directly from (Insert your company name), the club selection indicated above.
- I give permission for the club to automatically be charged to my credit card.
- I understand that shipping and handling charges may be applied.
- If a minimum time period is required, state that time frame.
- If a membership fee is required, state the membership fee.
- I am at least 21 years old. (if wine or spirits)
- If I decide to withdraw from the club, I will give 30 day's advance written or email notice.

Customize the agreement for your specific club(s) and have the agreement on the website, brochure or other areas you publish your club program.
